Inventory first
Every week starts by writing down what you already have: proteins, produce, pantry, and what will go bad soon. This single action prevents most unnecessary purchases and forces you to cook what is already paid for.
High-protein · Non-UPF · Organic-smart
The Zero-Waste Clean Eating Planner for people who already buy better food. Keep the organic and non-GMO. Stop paying for what dies in the drawer.
$20 one-time. Live planner access — the PDF is sold separately.

Why this exists
Premium produce softens in the drawer. Specialty items get used once. The quality is right — the system behind it is not. This planner keeps the same high-quality foods you already choose, while systematically reducing waste and bringing spend closer to $350–$380. No lowering of standards. No restrictive dieting.
How the system works
01
Every week starts by writing down what you already have: proteins, produce, pantry, and what will go bad soon. This single action prevents most unnecessary purchases and forces you to cook what is already paid for.
02
Protein is usually the most expensive and most important category. Decide it first — wild-caught fish, organic grass-fed meat, pastured eggs, or a clean plant protein. When the anchors are set, the rest of the week is mix-and-match, not a blank page.
03
Use the formula: protein + vegetable + flavor base + optional carb. Adapt to sales, mood, and what is already in the kitchen. Rigid recipes create waste. Blueprints use what you have.

Rule 1
Every meal starts with a high-quality protein — wild-caught seafood, organic grass-fed meat, pastured eggs, or clean plant proteins. The most important nutritional and budgetary decision is made on purpose, not leftover.
Rule 2
Avoid long ingredient lists, artificial emulsifiers, industrial seed oils, and hidden bioengineered ingredients. Convenience here quietly raises both cost and inflammatory load.
Rule 3
Use the Dirty Dozen / Clean Fifteen so you only pay the organic premium when it actually counts.
Rule 4
A small number of premium, long-shelf-life ingredients — miso, organic tamari, grass-fed ghee, quality olive oil, citrus, garlic, ginger — used across multiple meals. Not a cabinet of bottles used once.
